Thank you for the years of great service, it has been a real treat for us to have our yard taken care of but we really need to cut back in some areas and have decided to take care of our own yard.

One of Santa's elves hid the following message as a prank. It has just been relayed to your editor.
Forrest Lemmé and his company, Evergreen Landscape Management, decided that they wanted to do something special for the holidays. So Forrest, his wife, Kristine, and two of his employees, Jimmy Becker and Dan Moreno, showed up at a Rotary Meeting on December 17 with a whole lot of toys to put under our Sharing Tree! The value of this stash was $550! All of it was most appreciated and gladdened some children's hearts. Santa and I think that they deserve special recognition for their generosity. Santa's elf feels sorry for playing a prank and hiding the message. Then, he lost his thinking cap in the snow, and Rudolph just found the note and the cap. So again, much thanks to the thoughtfulness of Forrest, Kristine, Jimmy Becker and Dan Moreno!
